A personal injury solicitor with an interest in undertaking claimant work is required to join this Legal 500 rated department. The team is partner led and progresses a range of claims for legal experience insurers, referrers and individuals. The workload can be varied, although in this instance the firm require a candidate with particular experience relating to multi-track issues for example industrial disease or serious injury. Involvement in business development activities and mentoring less experienced fee earners will be a key element of the role.
The firm currently consists of over eighty fee earners. Undergoing a period of rapid expansion, there is an expectation that the number of employees will reach one hundred and sixty by the end of the next financial year. Growth is organic and has been fuelled by an increase in workload, as a result of excellent performance on various panels.
