One of South Wales' most dynamic legal practices requires a newly or recently qualified solicitor for a team supervisor role. The firm offers excellent training and career progression as well as a competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities will be acting as a technical point of reference for a team of ten paralegal's managing a fast track caseload of RTA, EL and PL cases. Your own caseload will include both fast and multi-track files for one large insurance clients.
This is a visible position, with high levels of responsibility that will give the successful candidate the opportunity to prove themselves and to demonstrate their skills.
Applicants should be ambitious, pro-active and confident. Good personal injury experience gained during and/or before training contract will be highly desired.
