Legal Executive with a proven track record working on litigated personal injury files is required by a growing legal practice in Cardiff. Currently consisting of over eighty employees the firm is set to double in size in the next twelve months. A commitment exists to recruit and retain the best people, meaning that the successful candidate can expect a high quality of support and training.
The personal injury department works in teams handling different types of claim. This gives employees the opportunity to move between areas and expand their overall expertise. As a member of the litigation team you will work on a variety of cases across the whole spectrum of personal injury work. This will initially concentrate on fast track claims, with ancillary duties including the provision of training for other members of the team.
Applications will be preferred from candidates with experience of litigated personal injury issues, although a proven track record in advocacy is not required.
