Human Resources Manager
Location: Cardiff
Salary: Negotiable
The primary function of this role will be training and development along with recruitment and retention. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for the strategic implementation of HR systems and policies, performance management and the daily duties of the HR Function
You will have knowledge of recruitment processes to ensure the company attracts and retains it's employees
Skills Required - Knowledge of employment law and current legislation and current HR practices
Previous experience of designing and delivering training courses is essential
Graduate level CIPD membership or equivalent
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication - both written and oral, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to relate to all employees and management at all levels
Ability in Microsoft applications, with advanced knowledge of Word and Excel
Knowledge of training databases and associated organisational skills is a key requirement of the position
