Large regional practice requires a corporate solicitor to join their Cardiff team. The firm is known throughout the region for it's strong commercial client list and particular expertise in working for national and international clients.
Joining the large Partner led corporate team caseload with include working on various corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, joint ventures, listings, restructurings and general company advice. As an associate you will take a leading role in advising on deals, supervising assistant solicitors and trainees.
Additional requirements will include involvement in business and client development activities, including social events and presentations.
This is a visible position within the firm which will allow the successful candidate to demonstrate Partnership potential.
It is envisaged that the successful applicant will have a strong background at a firm that is well regarded for it's corporate work. Salary will be competitive, based on skills and experience. It is supplemented by an excellent benefits package.
