Leading regional private practice based in Cambridge, with a highly regarded Rural Property team, are seeking a solicitor to bolster the growing department. You will have the opportunity to undertake a broad and varied range of property work on behalf of clients including major landed estates, institutional landowners, farmers, vegetable growers and suppliers to multiples.
Able to manage your own caseload, as well as assisting more experienced solicitors, you should have a strong academic background, combined with some rural property experience ideally gained in a leading regional firm.
This position will suit solicitors with 18 months to 3 yrs PQE, who can expect a salary in the range of £39,000 - 48,000 which is negotiable and dependent on experience.
