This regional private practice with two offices in Buckinghamshire now requires a Company Commercial solicitor to pick up an existing caseload and work alongside a partner. The firm carries out a full range of services for both private and commercial clients.
The Company Commercial team advises a range of clients on matters such as: company formation, company expansion, acquisitions, mergers and disposals.
Suitable candidates are likely to have 2 - 4 years PQE and will have previous experience of this area of law with good technical skills and the enthusiasm to further develop their specialised knowledge.
Salary is circa £35,000 to £45,000 which is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
