An employment solicitor or barrister with at least 2+ years PQE is sought to join this national legal practice's employment litigation team. Operating for clients nationwide the team concentrates on claimant issues, specialising in tribunal and advice work.
The role will include managing a caseload of claimant files as well as working with the Partner on more complex cases. Representation at tribunal and related advocacy will play a large part in the duties of the position. Further duties will including advising clients, negotiating with respondents solicitors as well as business and client development.
