Our client is an established private practice with 8 partners across its three offices. The firm enjoys an excellent reputation and has numerous Legal 500 rankings. Currently seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to assist in the growth of the department. The role will involve a variety of work and the team currently provides contentious and non-contentious advice to employers and employees. The successful applicant can expect to undertake a mixed caseload dealing with the following types of matters: Drafting contracts of employment, staff handbooks, policies & procedures, compromise agreements Providing in-house training tailored to clients needs Advice and representation at courts and tribunals This role is likely to suit a solicitor with at least 5 years PQE who has had exposure to a varied Employment caseload and has a following. Salary will be competitive and negotiable dependent upon previous experience.
