A fantastic opportunity for a qualified Solicitor with previous working experience of Clinical negligence has arisen at an excellent law firm in York. Salary up to £55k.
The Role: Candidates will qualified Solicitors with between 1 and 5 yrs PQE and have worked previously unsupervised on a Clinical Negligence caseload. The candidates is required to deal with an expanding caseload consisting mainly of cases against the NHS, funded by CFAs. Excellent communication and interaction skills are essential to the success of this role as on a daily basis you will be required to liaise with both clients and colleagues.
Experience of managing your own caseload and working successfully as part of a team is essential to the success of this role as is excellent organisational and time management skills.
