Job Description
My Client, a York based, niche Personal Injury Firm, have a requirement for a dedicated Clinical Negligence Solicitor to handle an existing caseload.
The Firm specialise in handling high value claims in both Clinical Negligence and general Personal Injury matters, for clients based around the country and act only for individuals as opposed to also representing Insurance Companies or Employers.
The team is made up of 6 individuals of varying PQE levels and is headed by a respected and highly regarded specialist in the Personal Injury field.
You will be NQ upwards but must have exhibited experience of handling your own Clinical Negligence caseload in a claimant capacity and be comfortable in dealing with matters with minimal supervision. A commitment to Clinical Negligence is a must as candidates with general Personal Injury experience looking to move into Clinical Negligence will unfortunately not be of interest to the Firm on this particular vacancy.
A willingness to work towards targets, operate autonomously and a self starting attitude will mean you will be of particular interest and if you have already gained 12 months+ experience handling Clinical Negligence in a specialist firm, you are especially encouraged to apply.
Salary will be dependant on experience and will range from between £24-30,000.
