PERSONAL INJURY/TRAUMA SOLICITOR - WILTSHIRE
NQ - 3 YEARS PQE
Our client has a reputation both regionally and nationally, for delivering targeted expertise, knowledge and skills from specialist solicitors.
They now have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, personable and energetic individual.
The Team has been recognised for its expertise, particularly in high value and complex brain injury litigation, by achieving a first tier ranking in Chambers & Partners.
This dynamic team undertakes a mixture of high value and/or complex claims with a predominance of brain injury claims, many running to several millions of pounds.
You will assist both the Senior Assistant and the Head of the Team, as well as having the opportunity longer term to build up your own case load.
The role requires:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in Claimant personal injury. Exposure to Multi-Track with high value claims would be an advantage.
- An empathic approach to clients in what are often very traumatic circumstances.
- A team player who is enthusiastic about marketing the Team and getting to know clients
- Excellent drafting skills coupled with attention to detail.
- To participate in the marketing of the Firm, to promote the Firm, to maintain develop existing client relationships and to attract new clients
