A fantastic chance to join this growing South West practice.
Our client has a number of offices in the South West and still has plans to grow. They are now seeking an experienced claimant clinical negligence lawyer with at least 2 years' experience to join their team of 12 people. The team is split between the firms' offices and there are 7 people in the office you will be joining including 2 partners and 2 other solicitors. There are also a number of non-qualified fee earners and support staff.
You will be running your own caseload with supervision as appropriate and there is no obligation to build up your caseload when you start. You will be dealing with a wide range of claims including high value and complex claims depending on your previous experience. An interest in or experience in dental/birth injury cases would be an advantage as would someone with experience of complex schedules of loss. You will be actively involved in marketing initiatives so in addition to being committed to your career and technically good you should also be a good communicator and confident in dealing with clients.
The firm is based close to transport links and parking is also available nearby. This would be an excellent opportunity to progress your career within a friendly and supportive team.
