Experienced PI fee Earner required for an established PI department based in Huddersfield. The work will be a mix of EL, PL and RTA, all fast track files and purely claimant.
The caseload will consist of approximately 150 files and the successful candidate will need to have the confidence to handle this competently with minimal supervision. Salary for this position will be dependent upon experience
The successful candidate will work alongside a Partner at the firm dealing with a fast track personal injury case load on a daily basis with little supervision. The personal injury claims vary from work related upper limb disorders, road traffic accidents, fatal accidents and industrial disease claims. Coming from a trade union background would be a distinct advantage, though not essential.
