Personal Injury Solicitor Bradford - £25k - £30k
A friendly firm of solicitors in Bradford city centre is looking to recruit a Personal Injury Fee Earner to replace a colleague who is leaving.
The successful applicant will pick up an existing caseload of 150 files and be able to start running those files straight away. The files will include both pre-issued and litigated files and applicants should have experience of running files from initial instruction up to court appearances. The files comprise a mix of claims EL/PL & RTA and are from walk-in clients largely with the caseload in addition to any overflow from a team which works with a key referrer. Whilst the files will be largely fast-track there is likely to be some which become multi-track claims. You will be working in a team alongside one paralegal who will need some supervision.
Ability to start at short notice would be beneficial as the fee earner you will be replacing leaves at the end of September 2008.
