Due to an influx of new work, this regarded PI practice which continues to go from strength to strength is looking to recruit an experienced RTA fee earner. You will handle a caseload of high end fast track matters and will need to be confident in running a litigated caseload through to settlement including preparing cases for trial and have experience of MIB cases. This practice has a strong reputation for their personal injury work and will support you to strengthen and progress your career. They can offer a superb salary, state of the art IT systems and a fantastic team environment. They will consider candidates from both claimant or defendant backgrounds.
