Work with the best! You are presently an exceptional litigator with strong public sector expertise looking to develop your expertise.
As a market leading legal adviser to the NHS, my client provides full service to national, regional and local healthcare bodies. You will be joining an exceptional team with numerous accolades for the quality of their work. Working closely with a Legal 500 rated Partner, you will specialise in contentious matters on behalf of NHS bodies on a variety of patient related issues.
Typically you will handle a broad litigatious caseload including judicial reviews, inquests, consent, confidentiality, complaints and mental health.
Naturally you will have excellent knowledge and understanding of the NHS, the duties of doctors and other clinical professionals. You will have the personality and desire to further develop the existing strong positive relationships already in existence.
You will be an ambitious assistant/associate looking for your next step - this is the role for you.
