Are you a Clinical Negligence specialist looking for a role in an established department?
This well established West Midlands practice has a strong reputation and an established team working in this challenging and ever changing area of law. Working with claimants, you will take on an existing caseload advising on all aspects of clinical negligence matters, often dealing with extremely complex and high value matters. The department currently consists of three fee earners, but due to the high volume of work, an additional experienced solicitor is required.
You will ideally have at least one year's experience in this challenging area of law - applications will be considered from solicitors with both claimant and defendant experience.
In return, the firm offers an attractive salary and benefits package, genuine career prospects and a close knit and friendly working environment.
