A qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with good Personal Injury experience is currently required for a top law firm in Ipswich. Salary up to £35k.
The Client: Our client is one of the largest full service law firms in the world and currently holds 32 offices in major cities across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Our client services six main practice areas: commercial, corporate, human resources, legal systems, litigation and dispute management, real estate. Certainly one of the most successful law firms in the UK our client boasts a loyal global client base consisting of business entities & the public sector.
The Role: Our client is seeking a Solicitor/Legal Executive to join an established team and manage their own caseload of complex PI defendant cases. As a senior personal injury lawyer or legal executive, you will provide technical supervision and support to more junior colleagues.
Candidate must have post qualification experience as either a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive within defendant or claimant, handling PI claims with a focus on EL/PL, RTA and ideally you will have experience of disease handling cases. We are ideally looking for candidates with at least 2 years PQE, but will consider candidates from all qualification and non solicitor levels if they have a proven successful track record at handling complex PI cases.
