Personal Injury Defendant - Paralegals - Bristol
This is an excellent opportunity to join this leading Personal Injury practice as either a Paralegal or Legal Executive.
The successful candidate will have good working knowledge in either an Insurance environment or as a Claims Handler or within a Law Firm as a Personal Injury Paralegal.
The role will include handling a mixture of pre-litigated and litigated Road Traffic Accidents, Employers Liability and Public Liability claims from initial instruction to conclusion, filing and serving documents to relevant parties, drafting defence, counter-claims, witness statements, making applications to Court, negotiating terms of settlement and drafting instruction for counsel.
