Our client's Claimant Personal Injury team is Top Ranked by Chambers and Partners and is currently on a meteoric rise. With an enviable growing list of high profile new instructions and headed by a recognised expert in the field, this outfit is certainly one to watch in the coming months. A brilliant opportunity has now arisen for a tenacious personal injury lawyer to join this young and dynamic team, undertaking a mixture of high value and/or complex claims with a predominance of brain injury claims, many running to several millions of pounds.
With a minimum of 6 months experience in Claimant personal injury, you will combine excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach to clients who have suffered in often very traumatic circumstances. An aptitude and keenness for client development and marketing is a pre-requisite for the right candidate, as are strong drafting skills and an innovative approach to formulating claims.
