Leading national firm seeks to recruit an additional legal executive to join this successful and well regarded Insurance and Regulatory team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PI Litigator with sound knowledge of RTA, EL, PL and product liability claims to become involved in Regulatory work. Experience of running your own caseload of fast / multi track pre and post litigated cases from instruction to settlement with minimal supervision is essential. Ideally you will have experience of Court based work including advocacy and court hearings / CMC's. A knowledge of Magistrates Courts procedures and motor prosecutions would also be advantageous but training will be provided to those meeting all other criteria.
