PERSONAL INJURY ASSISTANT - NORTHAMPTONSHIRE
Know anything about Conditional Fee Agreements? If you are a whizz on allocating policy numbers and creating schedules, and maintaining a weblink for one of our contacts, that would be great too, so read on. . . If you are confident at maintaining statistical information, creating graphs and spreadsheets and distributing these to senior contacts and answering their queries, this is all to the good. In addition, this PI Unit also needs someone to co-ordinate their incoming referrals and record them on a case tracker system too. You will need attention to detail when reviewing incoming statements and invoices and ensure that payment is made on time for each contact. They come in thick and fast, so a systematic and methodical approach to record keeping is essential. Ideally, you will be numerate, able to handle a high volume of work in a calm manner, be experienced in using databases and accounts, and be IT literate. If you could rise to this demanding challenge, and branch out into the world of administration (along with a little secretarial work too), this just may be the move for you!
