The firm has a vacancy in its Northampton Regulatory team which is highly regarded both within the legal profession and in the H&S world. The role is for a Civil Litigation Solicitor with 1-3 years or a FILEX equivalent. Experience of handling personal injury litigation, including public liability, employers liability and road traffic cases and non PI liability claims as well as experience of running your own case load of fast/multi-track pre and post litigated cases, including negotiation and settlement of damages and settlement of costs, with minimal supervision. It would be an advantage to have experience of court hearings, DJ appointments, CMCs and insurers. Knowledge of Magistrates Court procedure/motor prosecutions/defences would also be an advantageous.
