An opportunity to join a market leading, rapidly growing, personal injury specialist firm within their York office. The role will involve the management of of a team of trainee fee earners as well as managing their own portfolio of minor injury claims.
The candidate will have management and supervisory experience with a proven track record of motivating and developing individuals. The sucessful candidate will have experience handling personal injury claims both pre legal and legal.
Salary will be dependent upon experience but is likely to be in the region of £25 - £30K.
