An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor at an excellent law firm in York. Salary up to £40k.
The Role: Ideally candidates will be qualified Solicitors who have between 2 and 5 years experience working unsupervised on a Clinical Negligence caseload. The successful candidate will be required to deal with an expanding caseload typically funded by CFAs. Excellent communication and interaction skills are essential to the success of this role as on a daily basis candidates will be required to liaise professionally with both clients and colleagues.
Experience of managing own caseload and working successfully as part of a team is essential for this role as is excellent organisational and time management skills.
