Personal Injury Solicitor - Newly Qualified - Manchester
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the biggest Insurance Litigation firms in Manchester for Personal Injury.
The successful candidate will assist in defending Health and Safety prosecutions and motor offences, including site attendance following accidents for advice and investigations, police station attendance, court attendance, police and HSE interviews and attendances at inquests.
The role will include building relationships with clients at all levels, obtaining and drafting pleadings, witness statements and letters of response, as well as conducting face to face negotiations/mediation of claims, prepare detailed schedules of damage and counter schedules.
