Personal Injury Litigation Fee Earner – North West

They currently have an exceptional opportunity for Personal Injury Litigation Fee Earners to join the team and work on a number of small claim and fast-track Credit Hire matters.
Working under appropriate supervision, you will be expected to pursue conclusion of a file as soon as practically possible, ensuring client guidelines are adhered to. You will quickly review files and formulate initial strategy, analyse relevant information, conduct telephone negotiations with third party solicitors and liaise with insured/insurers where necessary.
You will be an outstanding communicator with the ability to manage heavy workloads and perform effectively under pressure.
