Reporting to the Head of Costs you need to have a proven track record. It goes without saying that you need excellent CPR knowledge, be able to produce first class Points of Dispute so defendant knowledge a must, Points of Reply, formall Bills of Costs and Schedules.You also need to be a first class Negotiator and Advocate.
