Cheshire based organisation has an opportunity for a legal executive/assistant with industrial disease experience to join its growing team.
For this role it is essential that you have experience of handling industrial disease claims, particularly in the area of hearing loss. In addition to this you must have the confidence and ability to deal with all matters without supervision. An objective view on the handling of cases by others is essential as you will also have responsibility for reviewing and monitoring files.
This is a great opportunity for someone with drive and ambition who is looking to move away from the pressures of billing and time recording.
