Personal Injury Solicitor Manchester £25k - £30k
Our client is a Legal 500 firm that prides itself on their reputation. As a firm they have continually expanded and currently have offices scattered throughout the UK and have built a reputation for their pragmatic Commercial advice.
The Role: Within this exciting team you will be assist in the defending of Health & Safety prosecutions and motor offences, including site attendance following accidents for advice and investigations, police station attendance and Court attendance. You will also be expected to provide a timely, professional and high-quality service to clients in the management of litigated personal injury cases. You will be required to attend police and HSE interviews, as well as Inquests around the country. The geographical range of instructions is UK.
The Candidate: You will ideally be a Newly Qualified solicitor with excellent legal drafting skills and confident negotiating skills. You will be client focused with an ability to build strong relationships with client and third party contacts at all levels and able to work to deadlines, prioritise own workload effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities. As well as being quality and customer service oriented with a concern for accuracy and an eye for detail, you will be team oriented. A collegiate approach to sharing knowledge and working with colleagues across locations is essential.
