Personal Injury Fee Earner Manchester Salary up to £18k
Our client is a legal services management firm and a visionary company capable of taking the lead. Our client helps law firms achieve operational efficiencies and growth by offering them tailored outsourcing solutions, allowing lawyers to concentrate on practising law.
They are currently a Personal Injury Fee Earner to work within their Manchester city centre office.
Key Skills & Responsibilities include:
Managing a litigated RTA case load from commencement of court proceedings, through to final hearing, to include Defendant & PI quantum disputes
Maintaining a diary on a case load of 200 whilst achieving a very high quality of work
Preparing case for hearing (to include witness statements & skeleton arguments) and briefing Counsel
Candidates;
Must be fully conversant with CPR and Practice Directions
The ability to negotiate settlement of complex RTA liability and quantum disputes PI experience would be an advantage
Must be able to work under pressure, whilst meeting targets and have a flexible approach to the working day
Conscientious and most importantly a team player
