Personal Injury Claims Handler - £17k Manchester
Our client is a specialist legal firm that helps accident victims recover compensation by pursuing personal injury claims on their behalf. In addition they have a large and well established conveyancing department helping clients with their property transactions whether buying, selling or remortgaging. They are based in Lancashire but our reputation attracts clients from all over England and Wales.
Duties will include being the first point of call, taking details of Personal Injury claims, liaising with in-house solicitors to evaluate merits of claim, dealing with claims on a national basis in the fields of Employers Liability, Public and Occupiers Liability, Defective Product Work, Claims arising in Personal injury, Industrial Disease and Road Traffic Accident Work, dealing with general administration duties and assisting other team members.
Candidates must have experience of working within Personal Injury as a claims handler and the ability to speak Bengali would be a distinct advantage.
