This highly respected mid-tier practice has a requirement for an experienced costs specialist within it's RTA, employer's liability, industrial disease, clinical negligence and general litigation departments. Experience handling bill drafting, negotiations, replies, points of dispute, joint statements and advocacy is required. Candidates who enjoy working as part of a team, who are enthusiastic, willing to listen, as well as advise on costs issues will be of particular interest.
