Our market leading Manchester city centre client seeks an experienced costs draft person to join their team.
The role is a senior costs drafts person in the personal injury team. Duties involve advising and assisting the department in relation to costs and undertaking training and external advice as required.
The successful applicant will experienced in all aspects of costs, including drafting contentious bills, completing accurate costs schedules and attending assessment hearings. Up to date knowledge of costs law is essential with emphasis on that relating to conditional fee agreements.
