CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT LAWYERS - MANCHESTER
Leading full service law firm are looking to recruit one or two PSLs (two on a job share) part or full time, to work in their high profile, nationally recognised Clinical Negligence department.
The successful candidate(s) will be experienced Clinical Negligence claimant solicitors, with at least 4 years casework experience within a franchised firm. It is likely that the post holder will have strong academic qualifications and be able to demonstrate an up to date knowledge of the law in this area.
The post holder will report to a partner and will probably supervise a small team dealing with incoming new cases. The post holder will be responsible for assessing and advising on whether new cases should be accepted, as well as performing the usual PSL duties of keeping the department up to date with case law development and offering training where appropriate.
The firm will consider applicants who wish to have some degree of flexibility on hours
