The Role
Your role will be based within the industrial disease team managing your own caseload. Here you will be responsible for drafting bills of costs of all descriptions; drafting points of dispute/replies; Negotiating settlements of cost claims.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have gained experience in managing their own files, although all levels of experience will be considered. Membership to the Association of Law Costs Draftsmen is an advantage.
