This firm is situated in central Leicester and is easily accessible by all transport links. It has a pressing need for a paralegal to strengthen the thriving team of paralegals and other lawyers in PI practice. You will be encouraged to foster your existing experience in personal injury and manage a caseload that's comprised of EL / PL, OL and RTA matters. You will also be familiar with the different funding mechanisms existing for legal work with a particular emphasis on conditional fee arrangements and after-the-event insurance.
You will also enjoy a heavy proportion of client contact as you'll attend on clients and visit them throughout the progression of their case. In contrast to some other personal injury firms that rely heavily on referred work, you will be able to witness and enjoy seeing the human consequences of your legal work.
