Solicitor - Personal Injury EL & PL Specialist Skelmersdale

They are currently seeking a Fee Earner to handle their own caseload of EL & PL cases from initial instruction. You will be handling a full and varied caseload from start to finish, interacting with medical agencies to book clients for medical examinations, dealing with Quantum, successfully negotiating PI offers with client's instructions, advising clients via letter and telephone on acceptance of offers, liaising with third party insurers/solicitors on a daily basis and dealing with Litigated files and non litigated files.
Candidates must have EL and PL experience. Excellent Benefits package available.
