Work for this leading Claimant firm dealing with a quality caseload of insurance-backed RTA work which gives you the freedom to run your litigation the way you want to.
You will be dealing with a caseload of approximately 175 Fast Track files from initial instruction through to settlement, initiating Court Proceedings as appropriate.
You should have a solid RTA background and have dealt with litigated matters of value up to £15,000.
The firm is a small collegiate practice with one partner and 11 fee earners. A genuinely friendly and positive working atmosphere.
