Solicitor wanted to manage high value caseload of Personal Injury claims. Excellent Ormskirk based role with salary depending on skill set.
Excellent opportunity to work with one of the area's leading law firms, managing a varied high value caseload of Personal Injury claims. Applications are invited from skilled Personal Injury Solicitors with experience of multi-track and catastrophic injury claims. The Serious Injury Department of this well-respected law firm has a first-class reputation for delivering cost effective legal solutions. Duties will include the handling of a varied caseload of spinal cord, brain injury and serious multiple injury cases you will be joining a team of other Fee Earners dealing with injuries of the utmost severity. Underpinning all work is a moral and ethical desire to achieve the best possible outcome for clients. All cases require specialist representation to ensure issues such as future housing needs, rehabilitation, care needs and future medical provision are fully addressed.
Applicants must be Solicitors holding unconditional current practice certificate. You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have a professional and flexible approach to your work. In addition to this, candidates should have a willingness to contribute to the firms business development.
A relevant experience of dealing with serious/catastrophic injury cases would be preferred, but training in these specialist areas is provided to the right candidate.
Attention to detail, good file management, keen analytical skills and a proven track record of delivering results with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment is a must.
