PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL - LANCASHIRE
Niche Personal Injury RTA firm seeks paralegals to join expanding team. One position would suit someone with previous litigation experience and will be dealing with preparation of files for issue of proceedings, issuing proceedings and dealing with all matters arising post issue up to trial where appropriate. A second position requires someone with experience of accurately valuing General Damages from medical reports, negotiating offers with tpi/client and dealing with issues arising post medical report (identifying further treatments/need for follow up reports/advising on deferment where appropriate). Both positions require previous personal injury experience - the minimum being 12 months UK experience.
