You will deal with all manner of motor claims (including cases where fraud is suspected), on behalf of corporate insureds and insurer clients, arising from both private and commercial fleet policies. Handling matters from pre-issue to trial where appropriate.
Your role will concentrate on technical file handling of the more complex, higher value claims, and the marketing of the firm's services to 2-3 of the firm's major insurer clients.
The firm acts for a large number of the UK's top 20 insurers, handing motor claims for many of their corporate insureds who themselves are large national companies needing the highest service standard levels.
You will provide the following services:
·Advice on PI and accidental damage claims, fraudulent motor claims, credit hire and recoveries.
·Handling many cases involving uninsured drivers.
·Experience of handling RTA claims involving foreign nationals in this country and incidents which have occurred abroad.

You should be able to demonstrate a technical excellence in Motor claims, have a no-nonsense attitude, and have a commercial, client-focused approach.
