Are you looking to qualify into a quality defendant personal injury role at a leading insurance practice? You will be assisting a reputable Partner on high value claims worth between £100,000 to £500,000.
You will assist with matters including routine correspondence, disclosure, instructing Counsel, drafting questions to medical experts, preparing costs schedules and statements, preparing trial bundles, attending conferences with Counsel and negotiating/ making payments into Court. At the discretion of the Partner you may also be involved in the initial report/ review, exchange of evidence, preparing counter schedules of loss, pre-trial reports.
You will deal closely with experienced insurer claim handlers and be expected to have a strong client focus.
