ACCIDENT & INJURY PARALEGAL - KENT
MUST HAVE 12 MONTHS UK EXPERIENCE - WITHIN THIS AREA OF LAW, IN A HIGH PROFILE FIRM
All applicants for this position must have experience in defendant personal injury work and insurance claims.
Must have experience -
- Ability to draft witness statements and liaise with witnesses
- Experience of attending court and liaising with witnesses and supporting Counsel
- Ability to prepare schedules of costs
- Experience of valuing general damages
- Ability to prepare Lists of Documents
- Experience of reviewing medical records
- Ability to draft pleadings and applications
- Good IT skills.
You will be required to Interview witnesses and preparing witness statements; Review and analys medical records; Attend court hearings.
