Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor - Southampton - Fab Firm! Our client is one of the South's largest and most prominent legal practices with 68 partners and more than 330 other lawyers. They currently have an exciting job opportunity for a Solicitor to join their Liability Claims Team based in Southampton. The role will involve defending a wide range of personal injury claims ranging from RTA and accidents at work (both Employers Liability and Public Liability) to Industrial Disease. The cases include some complex issues involving consideration of insurance policy issues and high value brain injuries. A suitable candidate will have at least three years recent relevant experience and will carry their own varied caseload. You may also be involved in supervision of other members of the team, as well as marketing and business development. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Defendant Personal Injury Claims, client skills and be committed to providing high level commercial advice.
