The ideal candidate will be an experienced costs drafts person looking to join our clients busy team in Manchester, with the experience and knowledge of all aspects of costs, including drafting contentious bills for fast track, multi track and catastrophic high value cases, completing accurate costs schedules for the court as and when required and attending assessment hearings. You will be required to hold up to date knowledge of costs case law, also that relating to conditional fee agreements, this is essential. Our client also requires the applicant to have the skills and practical experience to advise and assist the department in relation to costs and delivering training to the department.
