Claims Handler Personal Injury Bury
Our client is recognised as a leading north west Claimant Personal Injury law firm.
They are currently seeking two Claims Handlers to join their dynamic team. Duties will include liaising with third party insurers, taking new claims, telephoning TP insurers & defendants to check on liability and telephoning clients to obtain further details of the claim.
Candidates must have a confident and persuasive telephone manner, exceptional customer service standards are a necessity, strong attention to detail and excellent IT skills. Previous experience of working within Personal Injury or Insurance claims would be an advantage.
