Claimant Personal Injury Fee Earner £30,000 Oldham
Specialist claimant PI team have an opening for an experienced executive to run a mixed fast track caseload. Working with minimum supervision for a mix of clients you must have previous experience of EL, PL and RTA.
The successful applicant will be expected to handle a caseload of up to 100 claimant files and should be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the technical issues involved in dealing with litigated work, to include a good working knowledge of the required medical and Court procedures and relevant case law.
