Personal Injury Solicitor - Newly Qualified / Legal Executive - Midlands
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the biggest Insurance Litigation firms in the Midlands for Personal Injury.
The successful candidate will have gained experience of working in the field of motor, casualty or product liability litigation whilst working within a commercial environment. You will be required to work within this busy team, mixing with leading names in the insurance industry as well as household name corporates, where you will be expected to handle all aspects of defendant litigation.
The role will include building relationships with clients at all levels, obtaining and drafting pleadings, witness statements and letters of response, as well as conducting face to face negotiations/mediation of claims, prepare detailed schedules of damage and counter schedules.
